Arcfina announces Interest Rate Swap (IRS) valuation model live

Arcfina has announced that it has added a present value and duration analytics model for Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) to its analytics library which determines the present value of both the fixed and floating legs of an IRS, a process which includes the bootstrapping of zero-coupon curves.

Arcfina completes integration with ISDA CDS Standard Model

Arcfina has completed the integration of its analytics and risk engine with the ISDA CDS Standard Model, an open source project administered by S&P Global Market Intelligence. The model, published as a C library, has been compiled directly into the Arcfina engine and enables the functions available to be used within the Arcfina Analaytics Grid, including CDS present value and upfront charge calculations.

Arcfina has announced today that Enko Capital has moved it operations fully onto Arcfina and off its previous portfolio and risk management platform. Enko has over $740m asset under management, investing in debt, private debt, equity and private equity investments across Africa with over 30 staff in offices around the world.

Arcfina closes second round of funding with strong industry backing

Arcfina has announced that it has this week closed a second round of funding to accelerate the development of the Arcfina credit portfolio and risk management platform. Following successful implementations at a number of clients the funds will be used to continue to build out new features and functionality within the platform and to grow the client base.

Arcfina completes Bloomberg certification for market data and trade execution integration

Arcfina has completed certification with Bloomberg to allow market data from the Bloomberg Data Licence service to flow into Arcfina. In addition, Arcfina has been certified to receive electonic execution reports ("drop-copies") from Bloomberg for bonds, repos, FX spot, FX forward and Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs). Additional asset classes will be added in coming weeks.
