Justin Sycamore

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Justin Sycamore began his career in fintech in 1996, training and qualifying as a C / UNIX engineer working on banking systems. He founded Arcfina in 2021 having held senior management roles at several buyside technology firms, including SS&C Eze, Algomi and Charles River. He has also previously built his own cloud-based software company from scratch, which he took to profitability and sold in 2016.

Muriel Silveira

Chief Technology Officer

Muriel Silveira is an experienced Chief Technology Officer, having successfully lead and managed development and QA teams for a wide range of projects. Muriel has been the lead developer on Arcfina since October 2021 and been full time from June 2022.

Mike Merritt-Holmes

Non-Executive Director

Seasoned entrepreneur with experience in launching AI and data driven organisations in a variety of sectors. Currently co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Kvasir Technologies, a systematic hedge fund driven end-to-end by machine learning models.

Craig Stanley

Non-Executive Director

26-year asset management veteran specializing in frontier and African capital markets. Currently Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Enko Capital, an African Asset Management firm managing the Enko Africa Debt Fund, a macro/RV fixed income and FX hedge fund.

Peter Lucas

Advisor

Peter is the Founder and CEO of Digital Natives, a digital product development agency, Co-founder of Green Fox Academy and Nostromo. He is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for supporting up-and-coming digital talent. With numerous successful businesses behind him, he has real experience with building ventures and mentoring people.
