Justin Sycamore
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Justin Sycamore began his career in fintech in 1996, training and qualifying as a C / UNIX engineer working on banking systems. He founded Arcfina in 2021 having held senior management roles at several buyside technology firms, including SS&C Eze, Algomi and Charles River. He has also previously built his own cloud-based software company from scratch, which he took to profitability and sold in 2016.
Muriel Silveira
Chief Technology Officer
Muriel Silveira is an experienced Chief Technology Officer, having successfully lead and managed development and QA teams for a wide range of projects. Muriel has been the lead developer on Arcfina since October 2021 and been full time from June 2022.
Graeme Tinkler
Chief Operating Officer
Graeme Tinkler is the Chief Operating Officer at Arcfina. He joined from Enfusion, where he was a Solutions Engineer delivering multi-asset class portfolio technology solutions to hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices. Prior to Enfusion, he held roles in sales engineering, client service, and onboarding at SS&C Eze. Graeme is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.
